Life is at a slower pace since we live in the mountains of Ashe County NC most of the time. We still have our home in Rock Hill as well and keep the road hot between to two houses. Our son Jeff still lives in Rock Hill, and our grandchildren are all grown. Our grandson lives and works in Nantucket in the fish industry; one granddaughter is a Behavioral Analyst in Charlotte; and our other granddaughter is a teacher & coach in Charleston. Life is still changing...feeling our age more every year but enjoying the slower pace and loving the cooler summers in the high country. We are still thankful to be alive!

There are lots of stories from school that I remember sometimes when I wake up in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, when I wake up the next morning I can't remember any of them. Getting old is interesting to say the least!
