I spoke to Jane Cato West yesterday about Ida. Ida's brother Henry and his wife Gail are staying with Ida until Sunday. Terry Mitchell Ellis may go to stay with her then but we're not sure. Ida had just retired and Tab was planning to retire in a couple of weeks. FYI, Tab's son lives in California and I haven't heard if he is coming to Georgia. I understand Ida is planning a small private celebration of Tab's life but no date has been set at this point. Please keep praying for Ida. If you want her address you can find it in our 50th reunion book. If you can't find that, let me know and send your email address. I'll send it to you. God bless ans love all of you. Nita

I've just found out from Jane Cato West that last night (11/16) Tab Shelton, husband of Ida Massey Shelton, suffered from a massive heart attack and passed away. I have no details concerning funeral arrangements yet but will post them as soon as I hear. Please keep Ida in your prayers. This is such sad news...

John, I just got a call from Jane Cato West who told me that last night, Tab Shelton, husband of Ida Massey Shelton, had a massive heart attack last night and did not survive.
