Oh, no. I remember Ronnie coming up to me at the 25th Class Reunion and joking that he wasn't little anymore. He was right. But he never was little. That smile lit up anywhere he was.

Ronnie's father and mine once built boats together as a hobby. My dad and Mr. Cameron were fishing buddies, also. We attended White Street Baptist Church in the 50's along with Danny Bishop, Jane Sanders, Otis Montgomery, Eddie Peeler, Doris Steele, Linda Weaver, Murry Elliot, Ed Jr. Wheeler and others.

His parents were dear people. Anyone that remembers Mrs. Cameron remembers that she was a very small person with a very large heart.

Ronnie was always smiling. I only saw him once moore when I went home to visit. He was at church with his father.

He will truly be remembered and missed.

Ronnie was a good friend and neighbor.  We only lived a block apart.  We played soft ball in the neighborhood, and Monoply on my front porch, definitely in the good ol days.  We went to Central and then to RHHS.  His parents were precious.  You are missed, may God bless you.  A good friend, Ricki Reeves Wright
