I new him as Ed Jr Wheeler. We went to the same church. Our parents and the Smith's (Margaret Smith's husband, Purney) Danny Bishop, Jane Sanders and Linda Weaver and others came up in the same church together (White Street Baptist) His sisters and brothers knew my sisters and brothers (his were Fred, Ann and Mary Frances (Winky) There may have been others. Haven't seen Ed, Jr since the sweet 16 class reunion. Many memories from childhood playground where we had School Teachers from Mon-Fri at the parks in Rock Hill. I remember one particular summer, we had Mrs. Westmoreland. We learned to play chess, tether ball and many other things. Ah, yesteryear! I was friends with his first wife, Jane Matthews who graduated in 1963. She passed away some years back.
