Happy birthday, Karen! I was just asking someone about you the other day. I hope you can come to some of our together times. We miss you! Love, Nita PS Did you know Linda (Goley) and Bobby Beckham are moving to Charleston to a Dell Webb Community on July 22nd? Please call her and tell her hey sometime. It's a 3800 sq ft house with 4 bedrooms so y'all could go see them sometime! She thinks a lot of you and as I recall the last time I saw you was when you and Linda put together a lunch for all of us. Take care, girl. and again, happy birthday!

I spoke to Jane Cato West yesterday about Ida. Ida's brother Henry and his wife Gail are staying with Ida until Sunday. Terry Mitchell Ellis may go to stay with her then but we're not sure. Ida had just retired and Tab was planning to retire in a couple of weeks. FYI, Tab's son lives in California and I haven't heard if he is coming to Georgia. I understand Ida is planning a small private celebration of Tab's life but no date has been set at this point. Please keep praying for Ida. If you want her address you can find it in our 50th reunion book. If you can't find that, let me know and send your email address. I'll send it to you. God bless ans love all of you. Nita

I've just found out from Jane Cato West that last night (11/16) Tab Shelton, husband of Ida Massey Shelton, suffered from a massive heart attack and passed away. I have no details concerning funeral arrangements yet but will post them as soon as I hear. Please keep Ida in your prayers. This is such sad news...

John, I just got a call from Jane Cato West who told me that last night, Tab Shelton, husband of Ida Massey Shelton, had a massive heart attack last night and did not survive. No information on funeral arrangements yet. Please put this on the website so we can get it out to the classmates as soon as possible. I'll let you know when I hear more. Thanks...Nita
